We have been using First Day vitamins for years. Both of my kids like the taste and are happy to take them. One of my children also takes the magnesium gummies to help her sleep calmly, and they really do seem to help!

I have had a great experience with these vitamins. I use the women's multi vitamin, the magnesium, and probiotic. I think all three are great! The shipments come right on time, and I never worry about running out.
