If I could give less than one star I would give that. Their help and support is a scam. There are no people to answer your calls. So regardless how long you wait, you never get routed to a human. And they don’t tell you that. When you reach out for help via email, you get an email a day or two later letting you know they are not accepting help requests via email at the moment. So in other words they are scamming customers and not providing a legally required way to give support on issues. I paid $30 for expedited shipping on an item that still hasn’t shipped after nearly a week. I no longer need the item because I needed it by a date. And they make it impossible to connect with someone to cancel.

Second time I’ve tried to order and the whole order was cancelled. Never getting my business again.

I ordered from this place on a Saturday and the following Friday they canceled it upon my request. I cancelled because I tried calling multiple times with no answer, the track order page is down and I never received an order update. Over all I will never order from this company again.

Went into the Water Tower store 8/21-25. Associate was more interested in polishing the bone in her nose than helping us. Go broke.

Never buy anything from them! They are cheating. I returned my order and they did not return my money. I wrote to them a hundred times and it was all in vain. Each time they sent me different things. At the same time, the purchase amount was not large.
