Hi Chris, thank you for taking the time to explain your concerns. We completely understand why you’d want to try the product first without committing to recurring deliveries. FineRoot can be purchased as a one-time order, and the automatic refill option is separate and optional. Customers who choose automatic refills receive the additional 20% saving, but there is no requirement to select it. We appreciate your feedback about making this as clear as possible during checkout, and we’ll make sure it’s passed on to our team.

Thank you for taking the time to explain this so thoroughly, and we are genuinely sorry for the confusion and frustration this caused, especially given how carefully you reviewed everything beforehand. We want to clarify that the subscription option is presented clearly at checkout, directly above the "Add to Cart" button, with the wording: "Save 20% with automatic refills. Shipped every month. No commitment. Cancel anytime." This appears in the same font and checkout area as the rest of the purchase details. That said, we hear your feedback that this was not clear enough for you in this instance and we take that seriously — we will pass this on internally as we always want the checkout experience to be as transparent as possible for every customer. We are glad you have now been able to cancel through the "Manage Subscription" tab on our website, and we can confirm no further orders will be shipped or charged going forward.
