They keep you up to date about your order. Part of my order was taking longer and they agreed to ship that portion to a my home in CA. It really helps me out since the item is for that address and I will be there……hopefully when it arrives.

I ordered a couple of towels and for some reason they were shipped to the wrong address. I emailed fine linens customer service and I received a response right away. They not only let me know what was going on, but they immediately took care of the situation and I got my towels within a week. Also, the Delorme Yves towels I ordered are the best quality towels I've ever purchased. My husband and I are really happy with them.

I've been ordering items from FL for several years now. Truthfully, I usually wait for one of their 20% off sales, which they have multiple times during the year. They carry the brands I like, in both bath and bed linens. Would recommend Fine Linens to anyone who likes fine linens.
