Got a rude call telling me they were closed on the day I scheduled to move in even though reservationists had told me they were open from 12-4. No options or alternate plans were offered. And then I was hung up on

Tabitha @ the 30 North West St Mt Vernon, NY was very pleasant. I had a great experience. She took the time to carefully explain all my rights and privileges of having the unit. She answered any questions I may have had and made sure I understood the process. Also, it was a quick process to show the unit - lot of ease no bunch of staircases. So grateful for that! No too far in from the street. Easily accessible from all angles. I would recommend this storage place - off course the price was right after shopping around for approx. 4 hrs. They were able to accommodate me.
