I emailed at least 2 days before the shipment was to ship to cancel the order and it still shipped and I was charged. I found the meds cheaper from Farm & Fleet. The cost charged is the only reason I changed.

Horrible! This is my dog every day pill and I could not get it for more then a week. 3 pills left a this point. The status is still showing RX approval. My Vet called last week on Friday. Today is Tuesday, still on hold. I called and talked to at least 3 different Customer service representative. One was just RUDE. Another promise to expedite the service and use 2 days shipping last Friday. 2 business days later - NOTHING was changed. My anxiety level is up to the roof. Looks like if you want to order medication from FETCH Pet RX you need to babysit every step and still they don't do what they promise. No wonder I will just move to another Pharmacy.

We had to order dog food. Both of our dogs are on weight management. We’ve tried blue buffalo before so we ordered the weight management/mobility food to accommodate our 13 year old. The price was half of our usual cost for the other food. We received the new food in enough time to blend with the old. Ordering process and delivery was effortless.

Hi Suzanne, We’re glad to hear the ordering process was smooth and that your delivery arrived in time to make the transition easy for your dogs. This is my second experience with Fetch Pet RX. The first was when I ordered my dog's heartworm protection. I put in the order, they charged my card but I didn't receive my order. I called customer service and they said my vet didn't approve it. I asked my vet if he had seen the request and he said no. There was no message from Fetch Pet RX letting me know that my order hadn't been approved. The customer service rep said it was up to me to keep calling them to see if my order had been approved. Ridiculous. Decided to give them another chance on my dog's Proin prescription. I ordered it on April 13th. It was shipped out from Florida on the 15th. I live in Virginia. Today is the 27th and I still don’t have the order. I only have two days of medication left for my dog. I called Fetch RX and they said they can't overnight me a prescription, gave me a $10 credit to use in the future (as if!) and suggested I call the post office. I have been on hold with the USPS now for 27 minutes. I paid $90 for the prescription. I now have to go to the vet and pick up the same prescription and pay more because my prescription can't be found. Fetch RX said I could order next time using FedEx, which would be great, but they charge an overnight fee. I guess the lesson is order your prescription through Fetch Pet RX only if your pet can afford to not receive it on time or if you have the funds to afford duplicate prescriptions. Oh, and just an update on the post office. They say they will look into it and they should get back to me in 2 to 3 days. Not a lot of help there either. **UPDATE** After posting this review, a representative from the company reached out and said they would overnight to me the medication my dog is waiting on. I appreciate the resolution, but if I'm being honest, I wish they would have offered me that solution when I asked for it. While the resolution does solve my problem and my dog's problems of not having her medication, it doesn't change the fact that I spent a good deal of time and hassle on the phone with their representative begging for help, and on the phone with the Postal Service. All in all, I probably spent 90 minutes trying to track down this medication. Still, I'm glad they are overnighting the medication because it will get here right on time. My dog only had one more day of medicine left. Thank you, Christina for making this happen. I really appreciate it.

Hi Lisa, We understand how concerning it can be when an order for critical medication doesn’t arrive as expected. To provide some clarity, once an order ships, delays can occasionally occur while the package is in transit with the carrier. We also recognize how important it is to have clear communication throughout the prescription approval and shipping process so you’re not left having to follow up for updates. We’re glad we were able to speak with you and get a solution in place to ensure your dog receives the medication in time. We also recognize the amount of time and effort you spent trying to track this down, and your feedback around communication and support during that process is truly valuable. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention and for working with us directly. If you need anything further, please don’t hesitate to reach out at 877-299-0893.

Simply the easiest and best service I have ever had with an online experience! They cut the cost of my pet’s medications almost in half from what I was paying and the service is excellent!! I very highly recommend PetFetch for your pet insurance and medications ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Your application is not very user friendly. I have forfeited so man pharmacy claims (autoship) because it’s so difficult to make a claim. I am unable to locate an email or CS number for assistance. I never receive a paid invoice so that I can remit for reimbursement. It always says you can get 100% reimbursement if you order through Fetch RX, I think it’s a difficult process for the consumer. It kind of sucks!
Response from Fetch Pet Rx· Apr 27, 2026
Hi Honey, We understand how challenging it can be when the claims process and account navigation aren’t as clear as expected, especially when you’re trying to access invoices and submit for reimbursement. We’d like to help look into this further, but we weren’t able to locate your account with the information provided. Please reach out to us so we can review your experience and make sure you have access to the documents you need. You can give us a call at 877-299-0893, and our team will be happy to assist.

Competitive pricing, easy ordering process, fast delivery. Just one suggestion. The rep I spoke to for a price quote gave me the auto-delivery price without mentioning the regular (one time delivery) price. This should be mentioned when giving a quote on the phone.
Response from Fetch Pet Rx· Apr 23, 2026
Hi Patricia, We’re glad to hear you found the pricing competitive and the ordering process smooth, with fast delivery. That’s great to know. We also appreciate your feedback about the pricing quote you received. Clear communication around autoship versus one-time pricing is important so you can make the best decision for your needs. If you ever have questions about pricing or order options, please don’t hesitate to reach out at 877-299-0893.
