Köpte en kurt cobain jaguar NOS made in mexico för en massa pengar och det är lite av en dröm gitarr för mig. När den kom har den vassa band och även sadeln var vass.Banden var inte i linje med vita bindningen. Usel kvalitet på halsen alltså. Det borde alla de kontroller som görs i fabrik (som det sitter etiketter om på gitarren) uppmärksammat. Har skickat tillbaka till säljare gear4music och de sa att de ska fixa felen i 4-6 veckor ibland tar det 60 dagar! Hahaha ett sånt fiasko. Snacka om sorglig kvalitet och service. Vi får se hur detta slutar. En komedi.

Ofrecen productos que luego no pueden repararse en caso de avería. Compré un amplificador Fender Mustang GT40. Entre otros "extras" o "ventajas" trae una pantalla LCD que pasado un tiempo, en mi caso y pasada la garantía, dejó de funcionar de la noche a la mañana. NO HAY REPUESTOS por lo que la mayor parte de las opciones de este equipo no se pueden usar solo porque no se ve la pantalla y no se puede reparar porque no existen repuestos. INCREÍBLE Y LAMENTABLE. Desde luego, se le quitan a uno las ganas de confiar en una marca que tiene mucha fama pero luego no da el servicio que debería.

Had a problem with my Mustang Micro. Wouldn't charge. Or turn on. Pretty sure it was out of warranty. No problem at all. They're sending a new one out anyway. Fantastic support and service. I can't rate them highly enough.

Bought a Strat HSS Dark Knight from GuitarGuitar. Terrible problems with tuning and bending the E string up around 12/13th frets that created a dead note with no sustain. Problem ended up being poorly finished frets at different heights and a nut that was way too low, only 0.1 clearance and that's being generous. GuitarGuitar did a fantastic job of repairing the problems and it now plays great. Fender "made in usa" means nothing now, utterly appaling QC on a £1500 guitar. Luckily Made in Britain luthiers know what they are doing. I shall be writing to you Fender for my £80 costs to be met for having to return a brand new £1500 guitar in because it would not play. Sack your QC staff now! Harley Benton £200 guitars have better QC. April 2026 Still having strings "fretting out" problems with this guitar. I have carefully dressed the frets, polished and moved the strings higher. It always works for a few weeks then same fretting issues happen again, especially 12-15 fret range. Have now raised strings higher. It has sorted problem for now. If it starts to "fret out" again then I think Fender this is due warning I will be sending to a luthier and then sending you the bill, no doubt via small claims court. It is such a disappointing experience.

I was gifted a fender ukulele for Christmas and so far I love it! It sounds nice and rich. It looks beautiful in matt black, the finger board is a beautiful wood. I read many bad reviews online so I was worried but I can honestly say I haven't encountered any of issues reported by other people

LIFE-TIME-WARRENTY - Don´t trust it ! Fender is Big - Fender is Good - But to me Warrenty was only words !!! They promised to help - but want I purchase new things to have my compensation !!!!!

I bought a new bass directly from the Fender website. It came to me with multiple stripped saddle screws. How does a new instrument already have stripped screws?! I then tried to contact Fender. It's impossible. Their email link on their website is broken. I was able to email them another way. Although they promise to get back to you within 5 business days, they will not respond to email. I have also called their customer service number countless times, from early morning to late evening. I have waited on hold for long amounts of time. No one answers. Ever. I am shocked and truly appalled. There is no quality control on their products and apparently no customer service employees at all.
