Do not trust this service it's a scam, they bought a domain name similar to a trusted service(federalapostille.com), and this one is federalapostille.org , not a real service. If you have put your credit card information contact your bank asap

This company is a complete scam. Waited 30 days for a document and it never came. called the federal department of authentications and it was never submitted. They don't even have the decency to tell you they are scamming you they take your money and disappear. This is a fake company.

This company is a scam. They make up a fake reason why your document is delayed, and then rush to get it to you. The scan is a fake-looking federal document, if you know what it should like like. Customer service is an AI chatbot. They are also giving a fake FedEx tracking number. I know because my case manager there just contacted us to let us know. These are not real people or real services. The office address in Washington DC is not linked to them anywhere else. And the BBB phone number listed is a google phone number.

Avoid this business at all costs - their services are subpar, and they wasted an incredible amount of my time and money. I ended up having to contract a different company in order to receive accurate apostilled documentation, and any kind of customer service. Federal Apostille and Notary Processing failed completely at two of my requests, and did not accurately or successfully complete another order. They have dismal, AI-based customer service, are not responsive, and avoided correcting their mistakes. I have tried unsuccessfully for over a month to get information and to correct issues. Can't emphasize enough that no one should give them business.
