Honesty is the best policy
Honesty is the best policy. I will never ever go through a 3rd party to purchase a ticket anymore because there was no transparency in ticket pricing.

FBC website is not sync with the actual…
FBC website is not sync with the actual flight. On other word, you may pay way more than what you’ve seen in the website. The only way to get out of this trap is to dispute through your bank.

Needed new flights at a comparable price
My flights needed to be changed and Martin helped me find a new arrangement at a comparable price that worked with my travel dates.
