Don’t buy anything from them. Unless you have no baggage, they will have a massive up charge in fee that is about 2x more than you find on a normal site for any kind of baggage, carry and check in. There special “promotional fee” only applies if you have no luggage of any kind.

Daniel Wilson was awesome in assisting us with our flight requests. He was very concerned and positive that Frontier could handle our requests. I wish we could deal with more people like him. Now the bad news they changed our flight to an earlier flight and we are not sitting together. Very disappointed they did this without any options for us. We set this up 4 months in advance. Very poor

This company is a scam. You purchase the ticket online they call and tell you even though you paid for economy the ticket is less than economy. You can’t pick a seat and you can’t get your ticket online. You have to show up 4 hours early. I told them I don’t want the ticket it’s not what they are advertising. Amber says you can’t cancel, I tell her it says on the paperwork once the ticket is issued and the ticket has not been issued so I can cancel. Do not buy from this company.

April and Patrick were very helpful. I just wish the website was more clear about what a restrictive ticket means.
