Well, first of all I need to thank Mr. Tim Jones for his professionally and kindness. Tim helped me to find the best accomodations for my trip back to NYC for both myself and my daughter in a very short time, Whoever reads my feedback make sure to ask for Tim if you want to get the things done properly!!! He's just the best!!

I purchased a ticket & was immediately sent an email confirming my purchase, then 9hrs later recvd an !URGENT! email requesting me to call them. After waiting 45min for someone to answer & then another 10 for the "reservation" dept. I was politely informed the flights I had selected were not available unless I paid an additional $246 to the $194 I already paid. They said because the carrier isn't honoring THEIR advertised price, or I could fly out of 1 airport yet return to another at stupid times of the day. None of this was to my liking. When I asked for a refund, they transferred me to the cancellation dept, who stated I would only get $118 back & $76 would be held by them & that I would need to select a flight within 90 days to use it. Let me say this, I only wanted to fly Southwest & I could've bought the ticket on the same day & it would've been less than what I paid. PEOPLE YOU ARE NOT BUYING A TICKET, YOU ARE BUYING INTO A SCAM. I am going to post this everywhere I can. As I was asked often did you read the fine print. These people are playing the reverse transparency game. The price you see is only good if they can lock it in with the carrier, which 9.5 times out of 10 they cannot. Crooks & robbers living they're american dream with their foreign accent. DO NOT USE THEM
