I did not know I had to leave my passport for 3 weeks. Had another trip out of the country in 2 weeks. Had to book and pay twice. Otherwise service was fine.

The service we offer is to expedite visa appointments so that our clients can submit their visa application sooner than if they booked directly through the consulate. The actual visa processing is carried out by the consulate, we are unable to interfere with their processing timeline. We ask all customers to read the intrusions set forth on the consulate's website before requesting our services to expedite an appointment.
