Excellent service! There was always someone there I could talk to; they were knowledgeable and very helpful. Very fast, and they didn't mind my repeated calls to verify that I'd done everything correct, haha.

I worked with Madeleine on getting my lost AND expired passport renewed for a last minute business trip and she was absolutely wonderful - I received my passport in 2 days with zero issues. I was initially hesitant to use an expedited passport service, however, Madeleine stayed in close contact with me through every step and made the entire process as stress-free as possible. I highly recommend their services - Thank you again, Madeleine!!

I needed to start a new job overseas, but I realized my passport had no more pages left for a visa, neccessitating a new passport as per new Department of State regulations. I freaked out because I had already booked my plane ticket for four days later. I immediately went online and looked around. There are quite a few online passport agencies, but I chose Fastport Passport on the spur of the moment. This turned out to be an excellent choice, as they helped me through every step of the process. Special props to Carrie for being so patient with me and making sure that I would get my passport on time. I was very stressed and even forgot to include my photo in my passport application, thereby losing a day, but she calmly told me what to do and I still got my application submitted in time. My passport arrived the day before my flight and I got to start my new job on time. I highly recommend Fastport, especially if you need your passport right away. They will make it happen.

So, It's 7 days before I'm scheduled to leave for a wedding in Paris and I realize my three year old threw away my passport. I don't think I have to describe the intense paranoia that ensued. After a frantic search for a passport company that could help me, I settled on Fastport because of their A+ BBB rating and high web reviews. I called in a panic and reached Carrie N. I am not kidding when I say I probably called her 8 times in one day, 3 times another day, then emailed during all of that!!! She never lost her patience! She even returned my email after her shift had ended! She was kind and and provided DETAILED steps that lead me to receiving my passport within 4 days! Some other companies charged extra for the personal concierge service, not Fastport. I'm going to Paris!!!

Thank you for the kind words! Carrie is one of our top passport specialists and we appreciate hearing your feedback. The passport process is stressful enough but we are thrilled when travelers trust us to help them make their trip on time. We hope you are currently enjoying your time in Paris!
