The company delivers what it promises. Filling out the forms and setting up appointments was easy and straight forward. Customer service was great. The only issue was that logging into the account was a little difficult cause the links to set up a password that would automatically sent to me were not working. But with the help of customer service I figured that out too.

They were quick and responsive, but my letter got denied by my landlord and originally they were very responsive about helping me get it approved, but then they stopped responding after a week or so. So I wasted the money getting the letter, just to end up paying pet rent and deposit Update: they contacted me again after I posted a bad review and refunded me, so now I’m just annoyed that I went thru all the effort just for it to not work out, but satisfied that I got my money back
