The items looked better on the pictures than in real life so I chose to return but was issued a gift card instead of a refund, which I was not happy about. But customer services eventually stepped in and issued me a full refund. Good service. I would have put more stars if the items purchased had been a better fit.

Thank you for updating us, and for giving our team the chance to make this right. We're glad we could get your full refund sorted properly. We're sorry the fit wasn't quite what you hoped for this time, but we'd love the chance to get it right for you down the line. Thank you again. 💛

Very Poor. One order did not arrive. One Sizing very Random. No Refund No exchange as advertised. They offer for you to destroy and they will refund.

Thank you for the feedback we're sorry this left you frustrated, and we'd genuinely like to see it resolved. Looking into your orders: for the first, our carrier's proof of delivery confirmed it reached your address, which is why we weren't able to reissue it though we're happy to help you file a claim if it went missing after delivery. For the second, a refund is absolutely available to you; it just needs the return started through our returns portal, and once that's done we'll process it right away. Our team had let you know we'd take care of it, and that offer still stands. Please reach us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll get it sorted quickly. 💛

Do not order from here. I never received my order and they said sorry nothing we can do. Just lost $120.00
Response from Fascinating Nights· Jul 1, 2026
We're sorry to hear this, and we understand how frustrating a missing package is. We looked into your order, and our carrier's tracking confirmed it was marked delivered to your address which is why we weren't able to reship or refund it. But that isn't where we want to leave you. We're glad to help you open a claim with the carrier, check whether a delivery photo is available, and look into any options on our side. Please reach us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll do everything we can to help you track it down. 💛

poor, waited for over one month for the items to arrive didn’t realise they were coming from China! Poor quality and fit I wouldn’t waste your time and money.
Response from Fascinating Nights· Jun 30, 2026
We're sorry your experience fell short of what we intend, and we'd genuinely like the chance to make it right. Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout, but a month is longer than we'd want any order to take, and we'd like to look into what happened with yours specifically. We also stand fully behind the fit and quality of our pieces if something wasn't right, we're happy to arrange an exchange or return. Please reach us at [email protected] with your order number and we'll take care of it personally. 💛

Delivery time way pass what they promised. Also their address says the are based out of Georgia. It all comes from china don't be fooled. My tracking number was from china post and the first week I couldn't even read where it was because the information is in another language. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT
