I had a great experience working with the entire Farm Plus staff on multiple occasions. Randy and Eric are great to work with. Their operation is seamless and they’re always easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Farm Plus for any Ag lending!

Randy and Sara were incredibly helpful from the moment we started looking for properties all the way through closing. They were knowledgeable, responsive, and made the entire financing process smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated their guidance every step of the way and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to finance their next dream home.

We found ourselves in a position planning to close in 45 days, when we found out from our appraiser, that US Bank doesn't lend when you sell anything created from your property, i.e. cattle, even though it's just a hobby farm. I reached out to several other lenders in a panic and Eric with Farm Plus came to our rescue! They expedited everything to make it happen.

Kathie, Nina and team were amazing! They identified hurddles and resolved them before we even knew there was a challenge. They were able to solve a flood plain issue which was above and beyond. Kathie explained complex loan details in an understandable and patient manner. Response time on all matters was extremely fast. Couldn't have hoped to work with a better team for our purchase.

The team was great to work with. Randy and Sara were very responsive and able to answer all our questions. They answered our calls even in the late evening when we would reach out. I will highly recommend them to other farmers and land owners that I know. Thank you all for the support. Neal Siller
