Unknown company but solid experience!
I looked everywhere trying to find reviews on this website, but finally took the leap - relying solely on the fact that my credit card would protect me. I purchased the Zline RTS-30 and The customer service was excellent. I changed my order a few hours after it was placed and the customer service facilitated the change. My item was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer and arrived in 4 business days via FedEx. I don’t care for the fact that their chat support won’t resolve customer service/after sales issues (they have to be handled via email only) but they did a great job responding in a timely matter - even over a weekend. I would definitely buy from them again!!
