The store is clean and well laid out. Prices are competitive and I found the items I was looking for. Check out was quick and I was on my way home.

Almost everyone is nice. And almost every speaks to you when you are in the aisle.

Service at the Dodgeville Farm and Fleet is utterly horrible. Went to get post set and was told there was non. Looked in the computer there was 6 on hand, told the cashier and was told no we don't have any. Went home looked on line said there was 6 at Dodgeville, called talked to someone who said oh yeah that is a yard item, you have to get a print out for it...Ended up going back in to get what I needed. Mangers are useless they don't care, lines can be backed up waiting no one will come and help check out...Customer service has gone out the window and I really think they get payed to be rude...

Went for what I NEEDED AND GOT IT.

I find value @ this store, period. On the constructive side, I want to inject there's room for more merchandise in the Rice Lake store.

I like the ambiance, musik and wide aisles

Quality products and a great selection. Lot's of made in the USA items! Privately owned, midwest values company.
