Die von uns bezahlte Ware kam leider nie an. Wir haben den shop mehrfach schriftlich darüber informiert und jedesmal kam die Antwort sie würden sich darum kümmern. Die Sendenummer des Paketes die wir bekamen war die eines anderen Päckchens mit anderem Namen und anderer Adresse.

Pack of 6 nando rubs bought from Amazon, only 1 packet arrived. £15.99. They are non refundable. I have 'discussed' this with Amazon and they have given me a full refund. It appears from reviews, that I am not the only dissatisfied customer. Perhaps Amazon needs to take the off their sellers list.

Total SCAM!!! Placed 2 orders on the same day, 3 months ago. Paid the extra few dollars for shipping guarantee, followed the "tracking" until it said "delivered"....NOT. I have a ring doorbell and work from home. Orders were NOT delivered. Found an e-mail and got same run around as other reviews have stated. Check side of house, ask neighbors, we'll check into it etc.. still nothing. I have had great luck with Temu and Shein, thought I'd try Fancygift. MISTAKE!!! I ordered something for a birthday gift and the tracking app told me it was delivered and signed for and it wasn't, when I reached out through emails they all bounced back,there is no number to call or nothing,this site is a scam don't, I REPEAT DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!!!!!!
