Customer service
Haven't received the rug but since it hadn't been shipped yet I was able to cancel and get a full refund. Since I canceled the order I can't comment on the rug itself but customer service did step up.

Rug was not neutral colored
Rug was not neutral colored, bright orange was main color. It took an entire month to get the rug, and the return process was so expensive that it cost more than the rug itself. So they gave me a tiny refund and I’m now stuck with a hundreds of dollars rug that I don’t like. The reason for 3 stars is the rug itself is nice quality.
