This is such crap. I have a rock solid case against Stub Hub. Followed their process mailing form from their website to San Francisco office, returned to sender, they closed that office last year. Guess what, they still have same address and process to dispute on site. This site said can’t help. I assume in bed with these corrupt companies. Fair Shake your killing it for us little guys, thank you so much!!

If you're reading this listen up! Fair Shake is a COMPLETE scam. Please run away! They will have some legitimate SOUNDING person calling to offer you a $ettlement. Then after you agree to accept it they will tell you before you can get the check in the mail you have to pay their percentage up front. Don't do it. You will never receive that check in the mail 30 days or even 60 days later. It's a scam. They take your money and ghost 👻 you. They will even offer you to pay $1 dollar up front and tell you they will bill the remainder 30 days later promising you'll even have your check by then. Don't even give them the DOLLAR. Yes they are that vicious. You'll never receive the check and even worse they will attempt to charge you the remainder 30 days later and if the funds are insufficient they will still keep attempting. Fortunately I used a card that I never load money to. I just so happened to have a couple dollars left on it to cover the $1 upfront. Let me be your example so you don't make the same dumb move. I already made the mistake for you. Run 🏃‍♂️ the other way from these SCAMMERS.!

My mother who was in her 90’s had the ADT security system, was tricked by the salesman, by telling her it was going to be cheaper. It was $10 dollars a month higher. When she passed away. The family had to pay off the account and buy the equipment. Now they still won’t close the account.

AT&T and I disputed over charges. I paid FairShake to resolve the matter. After several weeks the matter is still on going.
