Hello Then. I am sorry that the site did not work for you. I can ensure you many millions of songs have been successfully processed on our site. However, we are often updating things, and temporary errors do arise. Please reach out to our support via https://fadr.com/contact, and I believe we can get things working for you! They get back within 24 hours on business days, and often far faster.

Hello Jon. I am very glad that our support was able to help you. For the past few months, our support team has gotten back to every request within 24 hours or less on business days. Can I please ask you to revise your review based on the support you received? Keep in mind that the only way to save your credit card information on the site is inside of the subscription checkout process, so I believe we have treated you very fairly by issuing the refund.

Hello Gav, I'm sorry to hear that you ran into an issue with the system. Let's figure out why the payment system didn't work for you. Which browser and operating system are you on? And, you said you got a support response to get that initial refund? Did they do an ok job? Lastly, what happened after the refund? I assure you that I can help you get access to a monthly subscription if that is what you are after. Gabe

Hi Michael, I am sorry to hear that SynthGPT gave you trouble on your login, and that you weren't able to get in contact with support. Our support works really hard to respond to everyone's requests, however recently, we've had trouble with our support responses going to spam. Can I ask you to please check your spam folders for that response you were looking for? Gabe

Hello Fabio, I am sorry to hear that you weren't able to get in contact with support. I can promise you that our support works really hard to respond to everyone's requests, however recently, we've had trouble with our support responses going to spam. Can I ask you to please check your spam folders for that response you were looking for? We will be more than happy to provide refunds for any and all subscription payments. Can I please ask you to cancel your chargeback and get in contact with support instead? If you don't hear from support again, I will personally issue your refunds as the CEO of the company. Gabe

Hello Alphadestroy, I'm sorry that you had trouble with unexpectedly getting charged for a subscription. At Fadr, there is no formal trial. Instead of a trial, most of the site is free for people to test. The good news, is on Fadr, you never need to put credit card information in for any free features. We would be more than happy to refund your mistaken purchase. Please send us a support request using https://fadr.com/contact, and we will address it immediately. However, do be advised that occassionally our responses go to the spam folder, so keep a look out there as well. We'd love to discuss how we can work on our messaging to make sure no one gets confused about trials again. Please let us know if there is any information we can remove that led you to put your credit card information in expecting a trial.
