The form kept telling me my phone number was entered incorrectly and even when the agent shared my screen and he tried it wouldn't work. He told me to then refresh the screen and all my data was deleted so had to start over. After 30 minutes of this I was then told there was a 30 day return policy but when I mentioned we had shelter in place orders and couldn't get to a post office if we needed to return it he came back and said they aren't even accepting returns, only for defective products. This new information should be clearly posted on the home page.

It was easy to use and convenient. May give five stars after I receive product and it works as advertised.

I ordered two pairs of headsets from here to address a sudden need to work from home for my wife and I. I ordered on 3/30 and they stated 2-5 days for delivery. It is now 4/6 and they still haven't sent a shipping date. I totally understand that COVID has affected everyone, but they should have let me know that the shipping would take longer, I would have understood. When I contacted them they said it is now 3-5 days, but that time has already passed since I ordered. They then asked me to give them 2 to 3 more days. I'm trying not to be insensitive but keep me updated, that's all i'm asking. We have found alternate ways to communicate with colleagues, and really don't need these anymore, but they are making it very difficult to cancel the order. I will not buy anything in the future from them because of their lack of communication.

I had some problems communicating with a support rep, but hopefully all has been resolved.
