very easy transaction to find the phone battery I needed. hope it works.

I had an issue with my online experience and gave a 3 star review. The Factory Outlet called me within 2 days and corrected the problem and apologized for my trouble. They were very courteous. So I have now given them 5 well deserved stars.

Beware!! I ordered a mattress from FOS and when I placed the order they asked me to pick a date when I wanted the mattress delivered. This is why I went with this company because they could provide quicker service and not a six week waiting period. My mattress took about four weeks to get here. The company delivering the mattress was not allowed to enter the house because of Covid-19, which I understand but left a king size mattress on my front door step. My husband was working all day so there it sat until he could come home, bring it in and set it up because I sure as hell wasnt strong enough to do it and had no help available. Also, the delivery company, even when there is no threat of Covid going on, does t take your old mattress. The delivery company is not at fault here as they called me to tell me they were on their way and arrived early. It’s not their fault due to the restrictions that are in place right now. I blame FOS for not providing true information when purchasing. When I called to find out when my mattress would actually arrive I got a man that I could barely understand on the phone. Very broken English.

What a horrible experience. I never received my merchandise and trying to get a refund is proving to be impossible. Kind of like the Steve Miller Band song "Take the money and Run".

I purchased a uniden udr744hd .when I got it one of cameras didnt work.I called customer service. The lady said I had to email them to get a return label. I called back because I wasnt getting one after a email.The man said that I could return exchange the camera,then he said I couldn't. He said a return label will be emailed to me.I never got it. I paid through paypal,so I filled a dispute with PayPal. PayPal contacted factory outlet ONLY THEN I got a return label. I will never buy from factory outlet. Com again. The customer service in returns are incompetent. The 2 ppl I talked to acted like they had no clue on what to do to do a return. I spent 307.00. Thank God I used paypal,they are helping me return and get my money back. BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A RETURN.

Easy site to use. Those that are your chat people, were no help, they cut me off twice.

Very helpful and did have what I wanted at good price.
