They don't give refunds when you do standard stitching on the item. Their practice is deceptive. Do not buy from them.

Ordered a Salwar Kameez in size small, but received pants that were too large and unwearable. Attempted to contact Fabricoz by email, however they ignored it.

What I ordered from the website and what I received are completely different colors, both the fabric and embroidery. There are stains on the clothes as well. I also provided measurements for custom stitching, the sleeves are 2 inches too small around the upper arm... the length is many inches shorter as well... Customer service tells me that they cannot refund due to store policy... this was a $200 purchase... I expected more...
