It really seems like they are only referring people to trust pilot who had positive customer service experiences. Trust me. There are plenty of us who have had bad experiences. Setting aside the horrible mystery items they sent this season and that they have slowly gone from being a box with 8 items to only 6, their shipping is atrocious and customer service lies. They are suppose to ship things within 30 days. They will create a label in 30 days and then actually ship the box a week later. When items are missing from the shipping invoice customer service won’t help because “they are being shipped separately” but also because they might be in the box. In fact they insist they are listed on the shipping invoice when they clearly aren’t there. But because they might be in the box they can’t help until I receive the box and they aren’t there, although they said twice they were shipping separately. Avoid this company. They lie about how great mystery items will be, how quickly they will ship, that annuals will ship first, and that they actually care.

I love everything about this brand, I receive everything in a timely fashion and when there is an issue they have it fixed within 24 hours 🙏 🙌 ❤️

I received a piece of damaged product, I contacted customer service. They responded immediately letting me know they received my email. I later received an email from Jack letting me know they apologized for the inconvenience and were sending a replacement. Very pleasant and easy transaction.

Harvey helped me with an issue I had when I made a mistake. He was so helpful and fixed my mistake and made my day! I love this subscription box! It's like Christmas four times a year by mail!

So here’s my experience, I’m not gonna say you guys have not sent some amazing things periodically, because you have. But it’s been very rare. I am 50 years old my daughter is 17 and we truly get matching boxes every single time we receive a box, so we have doubles of everything it’s either all for her or all for me, but clearly someone is not paying attention to, the demographic . I wanted to get one for my mother, but it’s been two years of disappointments and this is not the first time I’ve written you guys, but if you can’t tell the difference tween a 17-year-old girl and a 50 year old woman….
