I have been charged for virtual card…
I have been charged for virtual card and its been a month its still processing verification i have been contacting their support and support is very rude and un unanswerable for my question

Disappointed
Disappointed – Unfair Fee and No Flexibility I was charged a $16 fee for a missed direct debit, despite having sufficient funds in my account. It was over a public holiday period, and I suspect something went wrong with the timing. I reached out to customer service to explain, but they were unwilling to assist or offer any flexibility. Very disappointing experience.
