I was not informed that the product…
I was not informed that the product does not work for every body untill i gave a review then support came clean

However, in regard to your comment, there is a disclaimer under the product details in our store that the ability to achieve measurements can be affected by various issues, such as accommodation, eye conditions, or improper use. There are also a few questions in our FAQs that address this. We will forward your concern to our design team for consideration with the next website update.

Took a while to get the hang of using…
Took a while to get the hang of using the device, but after a chat with the support team I managed to get a usable prescription. The new glasses (from Zenni) are great and a big improvement over my ageing glasses and contacts prescriptions.

The EyeQue PD check system
The EyeQue PD check system of a calibrated pair of glasses along with an app downloaded to your phone is, for me, the most accurate and reliable way to obtain your pupil distance. I have tried most of the alternative ways to self measure and using an untrained assistant, with varied and inconsistent results. Using an eye test vernier gauge with 2 Windows with a centre line to align with each pupil gave me a consistent average over several tests, but you are still introducing human error with an untrained assistant. Now using the EyeQue system, I got consistent readings which closely matched the vernier readings but obtained the PD measurement in minutes rather than hours trying to persuade the wife to use the vernier gauge. I wanted to order glasses online in preference to sitting with an optician in a shop while this covid pandemic continues and this PD measurement is an essential figure not usually found on your eye test prescription. Great service from EyeQue when my original order got lost in transit, many thanks.

Color blind
It helped me contact my doctor because I got a bad score on the color blind test.

Took the test almost 10 times
Took the test almost 10 times. Insufficient results. Recycled the test kit. Going to a real doctor.

Hello David, Thank you for your feedback. I took a look at your results, and saw there was too much variation between tests to generate a reliable EyeGlass Number (EGN). This is due to a combination of accommodation and incorrect positioning - either how you were looking into the device, or if you were holding it at a slight angle to your eye. I also noticed your phone was not set at the maximum resolution. Please contact our support team for further assistance and/or to return the unit.

After my first third test
After my first third test, I immediately filled in my results and ordered the glasses from you. Oh my!!! What a result! I can see perfectly!!! I would easily recommend this product to anyone and everyone I see. CONGRATULATIONS on a wonderful product.
