I broke my glasses and cant drive without them ,it made it easy to order a pair without having to get a ride to the office

Good price and quality. Could use more transparency on shipping. I would have paid more to get them sooner. Instead, they say waiting for a shipping pickup for 4-5 days, so that was frustrating.

Bangor Eyemart Express has a great staff. They are friendly and knowledgeable. They are always busy, but work well to move things along.

I haven't received my glasses yet, so I can't really evaluate the service. I had trouble with the website, but partly because of my own internet service. No one was available for chat, but it was fairly late at night. Ask me again after my glasses arrive.
