Eyemart ExpressReviews of eyemartexpress.com

The Eyemart Express website is a convenient and economical way to shop for and purchase eyewear. The upload feature allows easy transmission of the prescription. The website could be tweaked a little inasmuch as my order information was lost when switching between the pages of the form.

good service

I really enjoyed shopping with you—the purchasing experience is top-notch and your pricing is fantastic! As someone who wears progressive lenses, my one suggestion would be to offer an 'advanced' option with a larger viewing area. I would definitely be willing to pay a little extra for that upgrade, but didn't see it available. I'm very hopeful that your standard progressives are already excellent, but if not, I might struggle with them a bit. Looking forward to trying them out!

Placed order on Saturday and today Thursday the tracking information states “waiting for label”. Customer order fulfillment process information non-existent I did call customer service and the representative blamed USPS . USPS said they are waiting on a “label” The blame game begins. I inquired about their refund process and I have to wait until the glasses arrive (if they arrive) then call for a return label. After delivery the I found the quality of the glasses very good and I would recommend this site. The website does state that if you buy 1 pair of progressive lenses you get one free and that was not the case in my experience.

The online process was fairly smooth and was reasonably priced with a coupon.

Huge selection of frames! Multiple views to show the sides and back as well. I used a discount code but it processed my order before it told me the amount of the discount. I’m happy with my choice!

I think the coupon and prices are great. Navigating the ordering process is not easy.

Sunglasses fit great, prescription is right on! Little slow on the shipping. Easy to order online!
