Beware of upselling on items you did not ask for, nor need. It's happened to me twice & I'm glad I questioned the charges. When I did, I got push back & attitude.

The experelience was satisfactory except for the app to measure the distance between my pupils. It was not explained well and I had had to redo it multiple times before finally getting a useful result

Trying to get my PD was very difficult. I would place a heart on a pair I was interested in but it would disappear.

I tried to order on online, but had some concerns so I went over to the store and got help, but they would not let me order the glasses from the store if I wanted to use the online order discount. so I went home ordered them online, still had to use their online help to get them ordered. finally came after 5 days. got glasses, but need to take them back to store to get fitted. really frustrated that they could not honor or provide a in store solution.

I have been going there for years. I moved and still drive to come there. The doctor is great he is very thorough And glasses have been great until this last pair. They cut them wrong so I took them back they refused to redo them. But I said I wouldn’t leave till they were fixed ! So they agreed. Came back in an hour they were done. Got home I think they put new lenses in them because my bifocals are not working! Needless to say now I have to wait a whole year to get new ones! It won’t be there. And all these reviews are not all true ! Nobody is perfect and I use to work at a eye wear place just saying

I had a question about the PD. It was different than what my prescription said. My prescription had three numbers this head only two and I want to make sure it wasn’t incorrect. I don’t know if I trusted the AI to measure it properly and I had a question and no one contacted me before making the glasses. They just did them same day and sent them out so we’ll see how it works out. I had to order it last night as it was the last day and I waited till last minute I had to because that’s what I got paid.

My only complaint is that the frame/bow is so bent I have to bring it into one of your stores for adjustments before I can even wear them

The nose piece was all bent out of shape. Now i have to wait until we can make a trip to another town 40 miles away to have Eye Mart adjust them-can’t use them until then. Very disappointed that these were so bent out of shape even though they were well packaged.
