My prescription changed and you helped me cancel my order and place a new one. However, I have not received my order so I am unaware of the status of it but since I am receiving this review then i'd like to assume it is moving forward. Thanks!

I made both a safety shoe and eyeglass order. The shoes didn't run true to size and I had to return them. Eyelation requested I place the box the shoes came in, into another box, a box I didn't have and they refused to send me. They also refused to send me a return label, I do not own a printer. I sent the shoes back and 3 weeks later my benefit hadn't been updated. It took numerous calls to resolve this. The message I sent through Eyelation's "ContactUs" went unresponded. The quality of the prescription safety eye glasses is poor. I didn't receive the postcard stating the 30 day warranty on them till after the 30 day period had expired. I was told I couldn't return them due to having had them in excess of 30 days.

Hello Joe, We apologize for the lack of communication. Also there is a card in the box with your glasses including instructions and timeline for exchanging and returning. We wish we could help you further. However there is no information to look you up. We hope everything worked out for you. You can call 1.888.308.4703 if you need further assistance. -Team Eyelation
