I ordered pack of 5 pairs of glasses. There were issues with 2 pairs and Eyekeeper promptly replied to my query and remedied the issue. I am very happy with the result.

This is one of the most concerning shipping situations I have encountered. My delivery has remained in New York for six days without progress. Despite three attempts to contact customer service, I have yet to receive a response. As of today, the shipment is still being processed in New York. Unfortunately, I have the order but the grasses were trash. I broke my grass trying to clean it. They were worth the money for being cheap.

Sunglasses bifocal weren't quite right. Eyekeepers contacted me following my review and kindly offered me a 50% discount and suggested i gift the glasses. I accepted this offer and will continue to shop with eyekeepers

Took my money no glasses and no reply to email or social media messages. Avoid they take your money and send no glasses shocking customer services

I had a small crack in my glasses and they refunded me immediately. I love the glasses and I plan on ordering them again!! Great customer service !
