Too many mistakes and a cheap return policy.
I was unable to complete the online order process because of their computer glitch, so I had to order by phone. i ordered 2 sets of glasses. After about 10 days i got two pairs, both with wrong prescriptions. I phoned and they agreed it was their mistake. I sent back the order, but could not get UPS pickup unless I paid an additional $5 for the convenience. I drove about 30 min both ways to drop it off. I should be have been allowed home pickup because everything was their mistake, not mine. After another week or 10 days i finally received the correct glasses. Earlier I ordered a pair of glasses for my wife at another online eyeglass site where everything went perfectly.

We apologize for any inconvenience! There was a mix-up with your order which consisted of the same model frame, in two different colors, using two different prescriptions. Once we were notified of the mistake, we made every effort to expedite the redo at absolutely no cost to you, including no shipping costs back and forth. Our Team works very hard at getting every order right the first time, but when mistakes do happen, we make every effort to minimize any inconvenience, which was so in this case.

First time online - perfect
I was apprehensive about what I would get and how I would fit the glasses. The glasses were perfect and found a great site on YouTube on how to make adjustments. I would do this again in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience with Eyeglasses.com. The ordering process was easily taken care of over the phone. Questions were answered thoroughly and to my satisfaction. Did not update me from order date of …
Did not update me from order date of 9/22/17. Had to call to find out it would take another 4 to 5 days for delivery. Just because I didn't pay for next day delivery, is not reason to keep me waiting so long!
