Had reservations after placing order. Attempted to cancel, but was told the lens were already made. Spoke to Randy personally who reassured me that he will take care of replacing my lens himself. I was very satisfied with the glasses and the turn around time. Will most definitely use them again!

I would like to say that the process is very easy and the company communicates well with shipment time,ect. Customer service even helped me with questions about how to fill in my prescription in the website. The woman who answered my call was extremely helpful. I got my glasses back very quickly as I sent them to have lenses put in them. I wasn’t happy with the tint on the lense and customer service was excellent and worked to resolve the issue at no charge. I am very impressed with their quick response and will continue to use them in the future.

I've used Eyeglassdirect twice now. They've successfully retrofitted reading glasses that other opticians refused to fill with my prescription lenses (probably because they want me to buy THEIR frames). I've had my last pair for 5+ years and the paint is starting to wear thin, so I got a new pair of cute frames filled with my RX by Eyeglassdirect. Thanks - very happy customer who will continue to return for eyeglasses.

This was my first experience with getting a glasses rx filled online. Wonderful! I had frames myself which i purchased at a sidewalk sale for a song and needed my own prescription put in. I was a little fearful that because i live on the West coast and the shop is on the east coast, that it would take a very long time to get my filled Rx back, so i overnighted my frames to EGDirect. They came back standard shipping; the whole process took about 5 days!! The amount of money that i saved getting my own frames and having them filled, in the hundreds of dollars! Great service for anyone who doesn't have insurance but wants stylish glasses, or those of us who have insurance but want multiple frames!
