Always great service. I’ve only dealt with them online or on the phone, but I felt appreciated and acknowledged. I’ll be getting my next glasses from them and tell everyone who is looking for new glasses to check the specials here first.

Ordered glasses on sept 23,2024 and as of oct 9 had heard nothing. Called and was told something must have happened and only one pair was available and second pair was somewhere, by Oct 11I would be contacted. I need the glasses for a long trip never week . Oh I had been a customer for over 6 years. NEW INFORMATION -one pair of glasses are being shipped overnight to support my needs for my trip. When the company understood my problem they worked to fix it.

I broke the side of my eye glasses in a really unrepairable location. Normally I would have just thrown them away. I called where I purchased them only to find out the frame was no longer sold. The shop tried to find a frame the shape of the lens that would fit into with no luck. I was devasted. I even called other shops and did web searches trying to find the frames...no luck. Eventually, in a web search for eye glass repair shops I found " EYEGLASSDIRECT. I called them and they told me no problem we can fix them. They did, they are perfect once again and I am thrilled!!!

I have a strong prescription so I opt for the super lightweight lenses and rimless titanium frames to make them as light as possible on my nose. Rimless frames have become increasingly hard to find at optical stores. Eyeglass Direct offers a variety of rimless frames and lense shapes. I have purchased two pairs of these type of glasses from Eyeglass Direct and have been very satisfied. My glasses require drilling, so three weeks is not an unusual wait time at an optical store. Eyeglass Direct has delivered earlier than expected both times. They kept me updated on shipping via email. I will not hesitate to order again from this company.

I submitted my RX and included a note that it was unusual but correct since I had only one cataract correction and needed these glasses asap for an oversees trip. The glasses were very reasonable, accurate beyond description, and received early thanks for the expedited shipping. The owner was kind enough to call me before processing to double check the accuracy of the RX. I have used this company for years to buy new glasses or to use my own Cartier mirrored frames for sunglasses. Flawless execution and quality. Love Love Love!
