I’ve been using this company for years. Mainly to re-lens vintage frames. I have never received a single pair that wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I cannot recommend them enough.

About an hour after submitting my order I got a phone call from eyeglass direct. An actual person had noticed a problem: my new order showed a different pupillary distance measurement than my last 2 orders, and was I sure about that? Because that measurement shouldn’t change. He was right! I had messed up the measurement—and saved me $400 by double checking. Actual personal service in the internet age—eyeglassdirect just got a customer for life.
