Great experience from start to finish. Extremely happy with my purchase!

Simple and fast delivery.

I don’t think I’ll use Eyeconic again. The good- lots of good options glasses for kids. It shipped within the timeframe it said it would. The bad- even though I used the virtual try on option for my daughter- which looked fine there. Bu when it arrived, the sides were too narrow for her face. We used the free fitted form they gave us and brought it to one of the stores listed. We got there and they had no idea what form was and said they charge a fee because I didn’t get it from them. What a hassle. Eyeconic needs to do better in communicating with the providers they listed.

Customer service was useless. I uploaded a photo of my rx when i placed my order. They reached out like 3 days later with a question about my order. I again uploaded a copy of my prescription again. And advised of expiring benefits and asked if this might effect my order. A week later they responded by canceling my order completely. And advising me to try placing my order again. And to just try to sort out the issue with my benefits provider…

No issues or concerns ordering and receiving my contacts. Great experience.

I placed my order and selected a brand I thought would work for me but didn't realize that due to my prescription it stated a different brand so I received message from eye conic and reached out by phone and customer service was a huge help! She jumped right in and helped me fix my order and system was down at the time, she assured me that she would stay on top of my order and push it out as soon as possible. Knowing that I was out of contacts that I paid extra for faster shipping. She did exactly as she promised because I received my shipment the very next day and I was in complete shock and very grateful. I will be ordering my contacts here for now on, not to mention that she also gave me helpful tips for ordering brands of contacts I want in future!!!!
