Update - I’ve received the other two pairs - A. All 3 pairs came in perfect condition B. All shipped before the estimated ship date C. Customer service was great about shipping carrier issues D. I ordered another pair from a different vendor (LensCrafters) and those arrived defective (the lens on the right eye popped out immediately - the technician said the lens made was too small for that frame). I am all thus all the more impressed with Eyeconic for the provision of both quality products and associated customer service. Will be only ordering from Eyeconic from now on. ALSO - Pretavoir.us could not make the lenses for the glasses I ordered from Eyeconic because apparently ‘these frames are only for people with moderate vision problems.’ Eyeconic literally had no issues making lenses for the SAME EXACT PAIR OF FRAMES. Ok - 1. I’m not blind, my RX is -5. 2. Eyeconic clearly has a more advanced lab than pretavoir and LensCrafters. 3. I am shocked at how many eyeglasses issues I’ve had this year, and Eyeconic is the only retailer who has not messed anything up. Great work and highly recommend. End edit. Really great service with timeliness and a great quality product. I got Gucci prescription eyeglasses with all the bells and whistles and these shipped out faster than I expected. Customer service was also very helpful in the process of checking in about my order. Love the glasses - rx is perfect, and have the free adjustment to get these shaped up. I’ve actually ordered 2 more pairs with eyeconic already and am pretty excited to try the other pairs I purchased. The 20% off for VSP members is a great feature for those wanting more than one pair of glasses.

The first set of frames was out of stock but it took forever for Eyeconic to let me know.

I was happy to see I could apply my work ins with 1 click and upload my RX and Eyeconic did the verifying. easy and updated through the whole process. I will for sure use them again.
