Express passport was very good excellence customer service very helpful with questions on how to ship Jacob was outstanding help me so I wouldn't be stressed Thank you will tell others Pauline

Thanks to Express Passport's incredible one day service, my passport which was due to expire 30 days after my trip was renewed so I could meet the required extended validity requirement! THANK YOU!

I cannot say enough about my experience with Express Passport! I paid for 5-8 business days service and received my passport (with shipping both ways) in 3 business days. They were incredibly responsive and always available to answer questions at the moment I had them. If you need your passport quickly, use Express Passport!

I used Express Passport to renew my outdated passport,... after having put off the renewal process to what I thought was going to result in my having to cancel some foreign travel! The process they have you use is simple, easy to do, and is supported fully with access to someone to guide you if you have questions. The outcome is that I received my new passport about 10 days after initiating the request with Express Passport! Phew! I am very impressed and quite relieved!

I would recommend Express Passport to anyone needing a passport in a short amount of time. I needed a passport for an infant and they delivered in record time. I chose the 5 - 7 day service. My documents were delivered to the courier on a Tuesday and the courier sent the passport back to me on the Friday. If you follow the instructions, you will have no problems. However, please be aware that depending on the type of passport you are getting, you will need to go to an Authorized Agent (County Clerk or Post Office) to have your identity confirmed and the form signed by the Agent. Express Passport can not help you if you haven't done this step if needed. Once you have this done, then everything can be sent to Express Passport for hand delivering to a Passport Agency. A+++++

Polite personnel, rapid and effective service. If you provide correct info, they get it done quickly and efficiently.

This company went out of there way to help me when I was having issues getting an appointment to have the postal people just look at my paper work and sign it so I could fedex it. They kept pushing back my dates and didn't charge me any extra them what I signed up for. They kept me calm when I wanted to freak out on the post office! I will recommend them to anyone.

I bought the "New Passport" 10 - 14 business day package. The material was sent immediately with the phone number of the customer service person. Because of change of plans I had to cancel this order. I was immediately reimbursed 100% without any problems and got a nice email from Jacob.
