Service is what you would expect
Service is what you would expect. Product is as advertised. The cost of the product is the best you will find anywhere on the internet.

I never received product and they…
I never received product and they refused to give me refund. Customer service insinuated I was trying to take advantage of them and was very rude claiming it was my fault for not reporting it within 72 hours. There are much better companies out there to give your business to . I would highly recommend shopping elsewhere

We understand your frustration with this matter, we apologize we were unable to accommodate you with a refund or reship. This order was placed on 2/7/18 and was shipped out on 2/8/18 the package was delivered on 2/13/18. The first message we received from you stating that you have not received it was on 3/8/18. It is not required that you report this in 72 hours, our window is a 30 day return policy. We apologize you did not receive your order. We have thousands of orders placed everyday and unless notified by the shipping carrier or the customer that the package was not delivered we have no way of knowing that you did not receive your package.
