Was very pleased with them until this last purchase. Ordered prevail extended use briefs like always. They sent me an ordered confirmation on the 19th. Then on the 23rd when I expected my order I received a email stating the gave me a credit to my credit card with no expectation. I couldn’t get in touch with them over the weekend even though they were supposed to be open on Saturday I called on Monday an they said the item was discontinued. Can not count on this company! My mother need these but now I have to get these somewhere else quickly
Response from ExpressMed.com· Oct 15, 2019
Hello Ginny, We apologize for not being here that Saturday when you tried contacting us. Due to an unexpected occurance the office was closed that day, so no one was here to answer your questions. We did respond as quickly as we could. Unfortunately, we can not predict when the manufacturer will discontinue an item, we are so very sorry that this had affected your order. As soon as that information became available to us we notified you of this and the cancelation via email, which was sent at the time of refund.
