I bought these for insomnia. I took one whole gummie on the first night and ended up with really bad heart palpitations and hallucinations. Needless to say I didn’t sleep. Next night I took a quarter and no side effects but no sleep either. Next night I increased to a third, still no side effects but sleep was a little better. I then took half and that is my absolute limit before I would start to get the palpitations and hallucinations. I’m a woman, 100lbs so maybe a whole one is too much for me given my body weight. I want to stick with it and find my optimal level of taking enough to help with sleep but not too much that I get the weird side effects. Not sure if anyone else has had this experience. The five stars is Exhales user friendly website and speed of delivery.
