My order was lost in transit. I reached out and they shipped a replacement right away. I totally appreciate it! Great product i use it for shoulder, neck and back pain and sometimes to get sleep. Good customer service too.

My order had 30% off plus some freebies. The code wouldn’t work. They eventually told me I would get the 30% off when it shipped but I didn’t. I should’ve saved $30, but nope. And it took forever for it to get to me.

You left an item out of my recent order. I emailed support twice. called once (so far). Still no response. I received this package 4/26 and its 5/4. I feel like i should have been contacted or an email confirming my complaint. Was contacted on 5/5 and missing item shipped.
