I don’t know where my items are or if they were ever shipped. No communication nothing

I wrote to EWBANK regarding a product which I believe is not fit for purpose. My questions were ignored, and I was told to take the product back to where I bought it. I have since been told by EWBANK (Nadia) the product sold is not one of theirs, and the company are selling it using the EWBANK logo, box and credits etc. I was also told by EWBANK (NADIA) not to send her anymore messages as they would be ignored! Amazing action from such a well know brand who advertise they have been cleaning homes since 1880!

Purchased a floor polisher two years ago. Since the date of purchase, the machine failed to work. It would shut off every five minutes. I contacted customer service, they responded once, but have not addressed the issue again, despite my numerous attempts. I will purchase a new polisher from a company that backs their products .

The part does not fit.
