I have remortgaged my home a few times over the 21 years I have lived in it. By far, the best experience was with AZ Home Loans. Being self-employed, there were always hiccups in the underwriting review. Not with AZ Home Loans - they gave me a list of the info I needed to give them up front and that was it! No further questions were asked and a quick decision was made. Closed within 3 weeks from the application date!

Mike was extremely helpful in the process of acquiring a loan for our first home purchase. Mike made himself available at all hours of the day whenever we had questions and did a great job explaining what things meant when we were confused. 100% would recommend to a friend and use again.

AZ Home Loans was recommended to us by our realtor when we were looking to purchase a new home. Mike and his team were great on getting us the right loan that was unique to our situation and was able to get everything approved within the 30 days that we were not expecting to need it done by. We will be using AZ Home Loans again for the next time we purchase a new home!

I love az home loans! They worked so hard for my loan and helped me every way. I refer everyone I know to them when buying a home. When i refinance i will be going through them again! I'm forever grateful for them and what they did for me to get my first home!

Theresa Carroll and her team did a wonderful job with handling a loan for a first time home buyer of mine. Theresa and everyone who helped where so kind and efficient in getting the loan together after the original lender stop looking out for the borrower & was charging very high rates. AZ Home Loans made the experience so much better for my first time home buyer. I would definitely recommend them to anyone!
