Scam company
Scam company, fraudulent. The actual name of the company is Wyoming LLC Attorney and you can easily find the owner. I asked my bank for a chargeback. I’m waiting for the answer.

I searched on Google for a Canada eTA application and ended up on e-visacan.com, believing I was applying through the official Government of Canada website. I submitted two applications (one for myself and one for my wife) and was charged USD 130 for each application. Only after the payment did I realize that this was a private third-party service. The official Canada eTA costs only CAD 7. Within approximately one hour of receiving the confirmation emails, I contacted customer support requesting the cancellation of both applications and a full refund. I also asked them to confirm whether my applications had already been submitted to IRCC and to provide the exact date and time of submission, as their own Refund Policy states that a full refund may be available if an application has not yet been transmitted for processing. Instead of answering those questions, I received a generic response stating that the applications had already been processed and that no refund would be issued. They did not provide the information I requested regarding when the applications were transmitted to IRCC. The eTAs were ultimately approved by the Canadian government, so the service was completed. However, I believe the website should make it much clearer that it is not the official Government of Canada website and that it charges a significant service fee in addition to the official government fee. I am sharing my experience so that other travelers carefully verify that they are using the official Government of Canada website before making any payment.
