Not everything arrived
I am mossing 2 v16 plug s from my order that I paid for

Hello David, Thanks so much for your recent order, and I can certainly help with this. Our customer service team sent an email to you on 8/22 communicating that we are now on backorder for the V16 plugs, and only could fulfill 1 of the 3 that you had ordered. Currently, we don't have a backorder date for those plugs as we are awaiting that information from the manufacturer. Once we know more, we will send you that update. The surcharge just doesn't sit well
The surcharge just doesn't sit well. Also not giving any estimated time of delivery is disappointing. Other companies have stepped up to the challenge at this point, and it seems you have just put the burden on your customers. I will definitely be reconsidering who I purchase from in the future.

Hello Robert, We apologize for the inconvenience regarding the temporary surcharge. While certainly not as important as health, one of the many byproducts of the Covid pandemic has been a disruption of the global supply chain which caused costs for raw materials and shipping to skyrocket across all industries and product types. These costs rose to the point where some products became unsellable. Not wanting to raise prices and feeling that these costs will recede over time, we decided that adding this TEMPORARY surcharge to help cover some of these unexpected increases would be the fairest option. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and will lower or remove the surcharge as soon as feasible.
