Thanks for your info. We are glad that the first package was successfully delivered! You told us the lipstick was missing so we shipped it out in mid October. You chose the Standard USPS international shipping. Your first package took around 50 days to arrive. We have 0 control over the international shipping speed and custom fee. It has been less than a month for the second package, we strongly suggest to wait couple weeks. You mentioned the ghost city… because it is USPS first class international shipping SOMETIMES it is untraceable after it left us. It happens to many of the packages and 99% of them are successfully delivered. Here is the info found on the website you can also google it in case you think we lied to you. We strongly suggest customer to choose priority shipping methods they are faster and with insurance “ First Class International First class international is untrackable. Once it’s been sent it’s out of our control. There is no way to track it and there is no proof of delivery or shipment. (That's why it’s so low cost!). It also doesn't have expedited brokerage, which means packages can "sit in customs" for up to 4-6 weeks. Although this is rare it does happen. Packages are sometimes not delivered at all (1% of cases), so this method is to be used at your own risk! However, it is generally fairly dependable, arriving with a week or two 95% of the time. Insurance is automatically calculated and added to your order. Lost package claims may be filed between 45 and 90 days after shipment. It is not a recommended service and only permitted for orders under $300.”

Dear VeVe, Thanks for your info. We didn’t receive any disputes from the bank so we weren’t able to locate your order. Now we figured it out. On PayPal we received this dispute on September17th while your order was shipped out two days ago before we received the dispute. Again if we know this order is involved in the dispute we will not release the shipment. The tracking number & order confirmation emails will be sent out automatically by systems. We searched again your email address xxxx gothi.cc we couldn’t find the email you sent to us. I am sorry that for the contact form and online chat were not what we suggested for order requests. On the contact form page we wrote “ order inquires email” The contact form are mostly used for re-stock information or other questions. Sorry again for this confusing situation. General products require 10~20 business days, pre-order items require up to 90 days to be shipped out. For the kuromi bags, we shipped out the other customers order first but your order was missed. As soon as we realized it, we sent you a reimbursement gift card to your account plus the coupon (it was sent in the package). Again we have limited staffs and we have lots of room to improve. Hi Trash Can, I am sorry that you received the wrong item. Because the item in your order is a handmade item which requires 15~25 business days to make it as it is stated on the product page and title. We didn’t ask you to return the phone case you received and kindly asked you if you could wait for the second shipment. You agreed on it. Later on you asked for refund we initiated refund immediately. Once we initiated refund the order was closed and archive. Customers information including address and contact will be deleted immediately for privacy and security issues. The cancellation and sorry emails are sent by our system email address instead of the customer service email address. You might miss these emails. We are sorry that you felt in this way.

Thanks for your reviews! We are really working on providing wide range cute products of high quality. And we are happy to hear that you like the products and packaging. I am sorry that your order was delayed. I don't know when you placed the order and what did your order. The processing time varies due to the product types and the holiday/ sale seasons. We don't intend to ignore customers' emails. We used the free email service before so the emails sometimes are not forwarded to us successfully. We recently upgraded our email system using more professional company emails. For the funds part, you don't need to worry about your money. Because we are a shop under Shopify. None of your bank info will be leaked to us. And we only accept mainstream payment methods such as credit cards and paypal. These payment providers will protect the rights of both of the parties, seller, and buyers. If there are unresolved problems between us and customers, the payment provider will help to resolve the problems by investigating the evidence provided by us and customers. Also, we put 10~20% of our sales as reserve funds in Shopify, so we always have funds there if we need to refund the customers. And more importantly, we registered in the United States, so shopify and paypal have our SSN and tax number. We pay tax in US every year. (We started our US site on 2020) I am not sure what do you mean by legitimate questions about the order. We have FAQs page and the about us page to answer legitimate questions about Everythingcuteclub. Updated replies: Maybe our customer service staff thought the FAQs had already covered your questions, like shipping time, tracking update, and order process etc. I am sorry that the staffs didn't explained more details when answering your questions.
