Worst service ever came across in my entire life . Plz plz stay away . Its been 2 months ordered for mounjaro, neither received inj nor refund , ordered from morrison got in 3 days , no the situation is even we cant send them email as they removed option , telephones they made busy months ago.

Awful company. Terrible service Requested a refund in June and I’m still waiting in August.

Dear Everyday Meds Customer Services / Complaints Team, I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding my order #21937, for which you have taken payment of £230.98 but have failed to provide the product purchased. I have been informed that you are unable to supply the product, yet despite this, you continue to withhold my money without providing any reasonable explanation or satisfactory resolution. This is unacceptable. To be absolutely clear: I have paid for a product that you are unable to provide. I therefore require the full amount paid to be refunded without further delay. Your handling of this matter, including the extremely poor standard of customer service I have received, has compounded the situation. I have repeatedly attempted to resolve this directly with you, but have been met with inadequate responses and no proper explanation as to why my money is being retained when the product cannot be supplied. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, consumers have statutory rights where goods are not supplied as agreed, and traders have obligations concerning delivery and remedies. Where a consumer is entitled to a refund, the legislation provides that it must be made without undue delay and, where the statutory refund provisions apply, within the prescribed timeframe. I am therefore formally requesting: A full refund of £230.98, including any applicable delivery charges. Written confirmation that the refund has been authorised. Confirmation of the date on which the refund will be returned to my original method of payment. A proper explanation as to why my payment has been retained despite your inability to fulfil the order. I do not accept being given an indefinite timeframe, being passed between departments, or being provided with generic responses that fail to address the substance of my complaint.

They are scammers. Was told 3 weeks before my order would be sent. Then a further 2 weeks. Then 10 days before I get a refund which was asked for on an outlook report? Seemed like a scam. No jabs in over 5 weeks and no money. There are other reputable pharmacies to get any weight loss jabs/medications from. Do not use this site.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !!!! THEY ARE NOT CHEAP ITS A SCAM !!!! BE WARNED !!!! PLEASE USE A LEGITIMATE COMPANY !!!! ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I paid in full and then dutifully uploaded all the documents and images required by them to send the medication. Then nothing. Still nothing. literally nothing - no goods - no response to emails or repeated requests for a refund. Literally completely ignored me. No communication at all !!!! Stole my money and don't respond to emails. It is VERY VERY SUSPICIOUS INDEED that they have any positive reviews whatsoever .. I think they have paid for fake reviews... I own my own business and I know how reviews work I get offered fakers all the time... My advice is please read the bad reviews as no one fakes them !!!! AM now pursuing through my bank

PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company they said it was going to be sent out 3 weeks later now saying low stock I asked for a refund was told would get in within 10 days that has already gone ,I have sent a lot of emails no reply to any of them . They just take your money

Keep clear & I mean very clear. I was refused as to old 77years old. It took over 30days to get my monies refunded. Only took a few seconds to take it. Dreadful CS.No other pharmacy has ever refused me. Still buying my mourjaro online from planet pharmacy brilliant company.

*Edit* still waiting for that refund!!! told me I was approved for mounjaro and then asked for documentation I didn't have after taking my money. I have asked for a refund...but beware this is a shonky practice, taking the money before they approve you and letting think you have been approved is poor indeed...will be reporting them to the general pharmaceutical council for malpractice
